Lettings
The Caddyshack is let from Sunday 2pm until Saturday 11am.
Weekend lettings are from 2pm on Friday until 11am on the Sunday.
Mid-week and short breaks can be accommodated at certain times throughout the year. Alternative times of arrival and departure can be accommodated at the time of booking.
Deposits
A deposit of £100 is required on confirmation of booking with the balance fully payable 6 weeks prior to arrival. A £100 damage retainer is required on arrival and is fully refundable.
Cancellation & Availability
In the event of a cancellation, the deposit will only be refunded if a full letting of this period can be acquired, should, due to unforeseen circumstances (ie damage, fire, etc) we are unable to honour your letting, all monies paid will be fully refunded. No further liability will be accepted.
Damages
On arrival a full itinerary check with you the hirer will be undertaken as we the owners are committed to offer a well maintained and high standard of accommodation. We request that the hirer undertakes to maintain the high standards and keep all furniture, fittings, electrical and effects in the same good order as found. All damages will be charged for. Any breakages should be reported as soon as possible.
Liability & Access
We as the owners cannot accept any liability for loss of damage to guest's property or personal injury.
We as the owners reserve the right of access to the premises at all reasonable times.
